The founder and current president of HY Group, Mr. Hassan M. Yahfoufi, sensing the emerging needs of the market. Thus, in year 2016, he decides to venture into a new domain, that is, real estate developments and building works. He established a new subsidiary of the group named US IMMO.  
US IMMO now is a pioneering developer that offers services in real estate, retail, destination management.
This subsidiary deals exclusively with several categories of Building works and management and real estate developments:
  • Construction and management of Residential Buildings  
  • Construction and management of Commercial Centers & Office Centers.
Since it was established US IMMO, the newly born entity proved to be a very welcome and successful addition to HY Group and quickly established itself as one of the innovative and ambitious player in the market of Buildings works and real estate developer, it has changed the landscape of Kinshasa with innovative developments.
